My packaging redesign for Tabasco Brand pepper sauce aims to present the product with visual metaphors that tie in with the product experience, represented by the exclamation point.

INITIAL CONCEPT SKETCHES
Initial thumbnail sketches were completed to explore different ideas that could work for the Tabasco brand. Some stuck close to the original design to serve as an evolutionary design direction, while others sought to go in a revolutionary direction.
DIGITAL CONCEPTS
The design process continued with digital renditions of my initial sketches. From this point, I considered Tabasco brand elements and the placement of regulatory markings.
DESIGN REFINEMENT AND PHYSICAL MOCKUPS
In later stages, my designs were refined based on feedback from the instructor and other peers. Physical mockups aided in visualizing the efficacy of text size and placement.
FINAL DESIGN
For my final design, I chose to pursue the concept with the exclamation point as the central theme, which ties in with the emotions experienced by consuming hot sauce.
